At Pacetries & Co., every loaf and treat is baked with love, passion, and a deep respect for real, wholesome ingredients. What began in our family kitchen has grown into a heartfelt mission — to share the simple joy of homemade sourdough bread and baked goods that bring people together.

Our journey took a meaningful turn when our two-year-old son was diagnosed with celiac disease. Determined to make sure he could still enjoy delicious, quality food, we began developing gluten-free versions of our favorite recipes. Through patience, experimentation, and countless taste tests (with our now three-year-old’s full approval), gluten-free baking has become one of the most rewarding and defining parts of what we do.

From crusty sourdough loaves to tender, sweet treats, everything we make reflects our belief that great food doesn’t need shortcuts — just time, care, and the best ingredients.
